Announcements page updated 4.10.07 [EN]

Added or Updated: 

• The 3rd-party Announcements Page, with news from EUKN, URBACT and EUROCITIES, was updated today (October 4). Some upcoming European events will be commented upon in the Journal.
• An interesting UK external link (FEED) is provided on the UK Urban Feeds Page: Kevin Harris on "Neighbourhoods, Neighbourliness, Social Capital and Life at Local level". Five most recent posts, updated continuously.
• On the Workplaces Page a PictoBrowser linked to the Flickr E-Urban Workplaces Set, of pictures taken at meetings and offices of urban regeneration workers in Europe, that allows easy and large-format browsing of the workplaces-collection. (It is not functioning yet, but it will, within a few days...)
